The AFL Footy Season kicks off this week and the DTMF Group team is delighted to be part of it.

DTMF Group partners with the Collingwood Football Club, offering a diverse range of services to support the club and the community.
DTMF Group has been delivering cleaning, event, and community support services to Collingwood FC for 10 years. Our partnership enables us to work within the community which is something we love to do.
At Collingwood Football Club, we manage four assets for this diverse portfolio. We provide services for a total cleanable area of 96,000 m2.
Collingwood Football Club has additional entities that we manage as part of their group. These include:
- The Holden Centre
- The Glasshouse
- Vic Park Community Centre
- Magpies Nest Salvation Army Support Centre.
AIA Centre has fulfilled various purposes and is now the training and administration base of the Collingwood Magpies football and netball clubs.
DTMF Group brings together an experienced team to deliver several cleaning services. We report directly to the Facility Manager on the day of cleaning and meet with the Operations Manager quarterly, and annually with the CEO.
Cleaning Services for CFC
DTMF Group delivers a range of general and event cleaning services to these facilities seven days per week. We have set cleaning hours for contract work but have also had to adopt different rosters during football and netball seasons to suit the needs of all the playing teams.

Innovative Equipment
We have adopted an innovative approach to cleaning more thoughtful with the right equipment. We have had to ensure we have equipment that reduces the risk of slips, noise sensitivity and efficiencies.
At the Glasshouse, we use the water-fed pole reach and wash system on-site to maintain the standards of the windows; steam cleaning is done weekly, or as required for the events spaces. We also have a walk-behind scrubbing machine on-site that is used daily.
Events at Collingwood Football Club
CFC also manages multiple external hospitality clients for some well-known Melbourne events. These include the Australian Open, The Grand Prix and the Grand Final. DTMF Group utilises our broader resources to service CFC during these mainstream events.
The AIA Center can host some very large events during the calendar year, which Stephanie and the team work closely with the CFC events team to run.

As these events only run at particular times of the year, Stephanie, our Managing Director and our events team manage these events by adopting the same structure, the service delivery model we have in place for the major events we clean.
For example, we ran major hospitality clients Rockpool and Nobu dining experiences for the Australian Open with up to 1000-5000 guests.
