We’ve been working diligently with our long-standing cleaning supplier partners to ensure that we have the relevant cleaning chemicals, consumables and products, including hospital-grade disinfectant, as well as planning for future stock requirements.
Here at DTMF we have invested heavily in the latest cleaning technologies to ensure we are able to deliver cleaning and decontamination services to the highest level and at the quickest speed.
1. Fast response
Speed is paramount when dealing with any viral outbreak and our highly skilled teams deal with these types of events daily so know what to do and how to do it quickly.
Combined with our extensive knowledge of high-risk cleaning in PC2 and PC3 laboratories and medical facilities, we use the latest in Hot Steam technology to effortlessly clean, sanitise and deodorise all surfaces followed a TGA listed hospital-grade disinfectant with activity against viruses which is very important when sanitising and decontaminating viruses.

We use only the best quality and tried and tested cleaning systems – including disinfectants, equipment and procedures – to carry out preventive and decontamination cleans and as they are persistent solutions, they will continue to be effective when they have dried unlike alternative chemicals that are only effective when wet.

Our cleaning teams are trained and led by qualified and experienced team leaders who follow specific procedures, including establishing a risk assessment and Safe Work Method Statements.

How do we manage to help prevent the
spread of Coronavirus?
Environmental
Clean
Regular cleaning of your premises using a hospital-grade disinfectant with activity against viruses focusing on frequently touched surfaces. Ensure you clean your premises as business as usual.
Preventative
Clean
A two-step deep clean using hospital-grade chemical disinfectant combined with Hot Steam technology, to disinfect & decontaminate. We use specific procedures, including risk assessment and Safe Work Method Statements whilst wearing appropriate PPE.
Decontamination
Deep Clean
This is a medical-grade cleaning technique. Using hospital grade disinfectant, for a deep clean we then decontaminate that area using a hot steam process which steams the area and surfaces to disinfect, decontaminate and deodorise. Wearing full PPE all biohazards waste is disposed of appropriately.
Our Helpdesk service will provide 24-hour, seven days a week
responsive support services.

DTMF does not warrant or represent in any way that any area, premise, venue, building, property or dwelling will be infections (including COVID-19) free after the disinfectant clean is carried out.
Accordingly, the engagement of DTMF by you to carry out or perform any disinfectant clean at your building or premises (“DTMF Engagement”) is entirely at your own risk.
Subject only to any responsibility or liability implied by law which cannot be excluded, DTMF is not liable to you for any losses (including economic and consequential losses), damages, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses whatsoever relating to, in connection with or arising out of DTMF Engagement, and where any responsibility or liability cannot by law be excluded, DTMF liability is limited, to the extent possible and at DTMF’s option in its absolute discretion, to the supply of the services again, or the payment of the costs of having the services supplied again.
Neither DTMF nor its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, successors or assigns (“DTMF Personnel”) shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of, in connection with or in any way related to DTMF Engagement, including any direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or other damages that you and/or others might suffer or incur, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, business interruption, government sanction and/or the loss of goodwill or reputation.
Furthermore, DTMF cannot guarantee that any Service provided by DTMF, including but not limited to any disinfectant clean is and will be free from any infectious disease (including but not limited to COVID-19), virus or bacteria, and in engaging DTMF to provide any service including but not limited to disinfectant clean, you assume all risk in respect of the DTMF Engagement. You release and forever discharge DTMF and DTMF Personnel entirely from any and all responsibility or liability for any consequences of, in connection with or arising out of your engagement of DTMF in providing any service including but not limited to disinfectant cleans to you.
